Bernard W. Aronson

Bernard W. Aronson is chairman of ACON Investments and NewBridge Andean Partners, L.P., a private equity fund that invests in Latin America. Mr. Aronson served as Assistant Secretary of State for Inter-American Affairs from June 1989 to July 1993 and was awarded with the Distinguished Service Award (the State Department’s highest honor) by Secretary of State Warren Christopher. Mr. Aronson has been published in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The New Republic and The Charleston Gazette.
